ABCDE Assessment — Clinical Reference Application
Last updated: April 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how the ABCDE Assessment app handles information when you use the application on iOS or Android devices.
ABCDE Assessment does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. The app works entirely offline.
We collect no information. The app does not collect, process, or store any personal data, usage data, diagnostic data, or any other information from users.
ABCDE Assessment is a fully self-contained offline reference application. All clinical content, checklists, and protocol guidance are stored within the app bundle and run locally on your device. No internet connection is required or used.
No outbound network activity occurs during normal use of the app. All assessment checklists, progress tracking, and font preferences operate entirely on-device and are never transmitted anywhere.
All checklist interactions — items ticked, progress recorded, and session data — exist only in the app's local memory for the duration of your session. No assessment data is stored persistently, synced to any server, or shared with any third party.
The app does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data-processing services. No third-party SDKs are included in the application.
This app is intended for qualified healthcare professionals and medical students. It is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
Because no personal data is collected or transmitted, there is no personal data at risk. All app content resides locally on your device and is never exposed to external systems.
If we update this Privacy Policy, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
ABCDE Assessment is for educational and professional reference purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice and must not replace the clinical judgement of a qualified healthcare professional. Always follow your institution's protocols and seek senior clinical support when managing deteriorating or critically ill patients. The developers are not affiliated with or endorsed by Resuscitation Council UK.
